Return Policy
Defects:
Defects of buckles and snaps will be replaced for the first 5 years after purchase.
Belt strips are guaranteed not to come apart in layers, rip, tear or break during normal wear.
Should these occur, please return entire belt and buckle to Buckle and Hide Leather LLC, 197 Enon Springs Road West, Smyrna, TN 37167 along with description of defect.

Returns/ Exchanges:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags. Please also return your item with the enclosed return/exchange form from our shop. Any item that has been personalized with a name or custom design such as belts,wallets,dog collars,holsters,etc. MAY NOT be returned. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 197 Enon Springs Road West, Smyrna, Tennessee, US 37167. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
